· 橋架安裝位置應符合設計文件要求,左右偏差不應超過50mm。

· 水平度偏差每米不超過2mm,垂直度偏差不超過3mm。

· 橋架截斷處及拼接處應平滑、無毛刺,對縫不應大于1.5mm,對縫處上下允許偏差±1mm。

· 支吊架安裝應牢固、無明顯扭曲,與預埋件焊接固定時,焊縫應飽滿;膨脹螺栓固定時,螺栓應選用適配、防松零件齊全、連接緊固。

· 橋架跨越建筑物變形縫處應設置補償裝置。

7.外觀與防腐

· 防腐處理應符合要求,熱浸鍍鋅橋架鍍層厚度≥65μm,電鍍鋅橋架鋅層厚度≥12μm。以上標準需結合具體工程設計文件和當地規范要求執行,驗收時應留存完整的施工記錄、材料檢驗報告等資料。
