電纜橋架彎頭45上下爬坡彎制作要注意什么
目前電建施工中所使用的電纜橋架彎頭一般是由電纜橋架廠在出廠之前完整加工好的，但是由于施工現場情況各不相同，所以有的項目需要因地制宜現場加工電纜橋架彎頭，這就需要安裝人員有一定的施工基礎知識才能勝任。 施工現場電纜橋架大致分為主橋架和分支架。主橋架是由設計院設計，根據圖紙施工；分支架是由主橋架引到就地設備的電纜支架，沒有圖紙設計，根據現場情況由施工人員來設計的。常用的彎頭種類包括：上下跳彎45°、垂直上下彎頭、水平三通等。

1.自制的電纜橋架彎頭、跳彎、三通的連接處，應先在內側進行點焊固定并把毛刺藥皮打磨干凈，外側應平整，縫隙應盡量小且鋸口處平整整齊。

2.電纜橋架彎頭對接無錯邊，焊接后的對口處應打磨平整、光潔，不應有損傷電纜絕緣層的毛刺、銳邊等棱角。

3.在托盤式電纜橋架內加鋼筋時，采用增加Φ6-8MM圓鋼，內、外側都應補刷油漆。刷油漆前，應把藥皮，焊渣清理干凈。
