對于結構尺寸較大的構件，由于受鋅鍋、鍍槽、烘箱等的限制，一般只能采用涂防銹漆的方法來處理。它雖然具有成本低、使用方便等特點;但防腐蝕能力較差。使用壽命短，維護工作量大。
