1.螺桿吊架設置橋架時，未按標準要求設置防晃支架，鋼支架未按防腐要求施工。

2.接地跨接線在橋架兩側任性安設或漏跨接，接地跨接線不設在顯眼側。接地跨接線的線鼻與爪形墊片壓接依次裝反，有的未設爪形墊片，鍍鋅橋架接地螺栓未有防松墊圈。

3.吊頂內托盤、槽式橋架蓋板漏蓋。橋架連接板的固定螺栓的螺母裝在橋架內側，橋架和配電箱、柜及接出或接入的鋼管等未做接地接連。

3. The tray and trough bridge cover plate in the ceiling are missing. The nuts of the fixing bolts of the bridge connecting plate are installed on the inner side of the bridge, and the bridge is not connected to the distribution box, cabinet and the outgoing or incoming steel pipes.

4.五金電纜橋架及其支架全長沒做可靠接地，未按正規化務求裝置伸縮節。

5.電纜橋架與托架間未固定，橋架支架未做接地跨接線，穿越防火分區未做防火梗阻。

6.鋁合金橋架與鋼支架間未做防電化風剝雨蝕的絕緣處理。防火電纜橋架橋架彎頭、三通等不采用與橋架配套的產品零配件，而是當場加工打造，加工成色不符合規范務求。
